100g sušených rajčat (v oleji), 100g slunečnicových semínek, 50g
dýňových, 3-4 str.česneku, ml.kmín, ml.paprika (našel sem
uzenou-naprostá pecka!), ml.chilli dle chuti, himalájská růžová sůl..vše
mixneme v robotu nebo i tyčákem (trochu pracnější)..směs pomocí
potravinové fólie vyválíme do válečku a necháme v ní ideálně přes noc v
lednici..krájíme na tenké plátky jako salám, skvěle chutná s hrubozrnnou
hořčicí, olivami a cherry rajč.jen tak, na pěčivo nebo i na jednohubky,
skvělý je na pizzu či na kousky do zapékaných těstovin; je opravdu
výborný a voní díky té uzené paprice;) enjoy!<br />

špejle napíchaný marinovaný robi, tofu, žampiony, cibule, cherry
rajčata. Vhozený na plech - na pečící papír, potřený marinádou (olej,
sojovka, tekutej kouř, sladká sojovka, grilovací koření, čubrica),
vložený do trouby na cca 30-40. minut při 190°C. Co deset minut otáčet a

Seitan nakrájíme na kostičky, naložíme do koření a oleje. Dáme do
pekáče, přidáme cibuli, česnek, pivo, vodu, pepř, sůl, koření, pečeme na
180°C až do tmava...<br /> Zelí: Orestujeme cibuli, přidáme červené kysané zelí, přidáme sůl, cukr, zahustíme nastrouhanou bramborou.<br />
Lokše: Uvařené brambory ve slupce oloupeme, nastrouháme na jemno,
přidáme polohrubou mouku v poměru 1:1, sůl, vyválíme na cca 1,5cmtlustou
placku a vykrajovátkem tvoříme kolečka a pečeme na sucho, nebo s

susene hriby spolu s tekutinou kde sa luhovali. Okorenime a dusime kym
sa omacka nezredukuje. Nakoniec pridame do omacky tavenyr a nechame ho

300 ml vlažnej vody (rastlinného mlieka), 2 lyžíc cukru a 20 g droždia
pripravíme kvások. 250 g pohánkovej múky a 250 g hladkej múky zmiešame
so štipkou soli, pridáme kvások a 100 ml oleja a vymiesime cesto, ktoré
necháme kysnúť asi pol hodinu. Spravíme buchtičky, potrieme olejom a
pečieme zhruba 20 minút. Krém je z ovesného mlieka a vanilkového

namočených 200gramov špaldy uvaríme v tlakovom hrnci (cca 45min).
Uvarenú špaldu zmiešame s 150g hrozienok, 100g datlí, lyžičkou
karobu,1/4 lyžičky škorice a 100g lieskových orieškov. Zmes pomelieme
buď v mlynčeku alebo rozmixujeme mixérom. Potom vytvarujeme guličky a
obalujeme v kokose,príp. škorici, sezame... a potom už len degustujeme! </span></span></span><br />

Do teplej vody (120 ml) som rozdrobila droždie, pridala 1 PL cukru,
rozmiešala a nechala som 20 min. odstáť. V mise som zmiešala múku so
soľou, primiešala kvások, zvyšnú vodu a olej. Vymiesila som cesto a
nechala som ho vykysnúť na teplom mieste približne hodinu - hodinu a
pol.<br /> Kým cesto kyslo, tak som na oleji orestovala cibuľu, pridala
šampiňóny, osolila a nechala podusiť. Pridala som paradajkový pretlak,
sušenú bazalku a oregano, chilli, trochu soli a nechala som zmes trošku
zhustnúť. Plech som potrela olejom, cesto som roztlačila rukami na plech
a aj to som potrela olejom, pridala paradajkovú zmes, nakrájané olivy,
nastrúhala údené tofu a dala som piecť na 10-15 minút pri 200 stupňoch.</span></span></span><br />

Mlíko použijeme nejlépe sušené, jelikož si ho díky velkému množství
prášku rozmíchaného ve vodě můžeme udělat hustější. V odměrce jsem měla
skoro stejné množství prášku jako vody)<br /> <br /> Z plechovky kokos. mlíka si dáme bokem 6 lžiček.<br />
V hrnci si přivedeme k varu mlíko, zbylé kokos. mlíko (má konzistenci
husté smetany), semínka z 1 vanilk. lusku a celý vanilkový lusk. jakmile
začne směs vřít, odstavíme a počkáme 5 minut. Vyndáme i vanilkový lusk.<br />
Cukr se 6 lžičkami kokos. mlíka vyšleháme. (V orig. receptu bylo 6
žloutků, tak jsem improvizvala a povedlo se), a vmícháme do směsi mlíka a
kokos. mlíka. Na co nejnižším stupni vaříme cca 20 minut, aby směs
zhoustla a udržela se na vařečce. Poté přendáme do mísy, přetáhneme
potravinířskou fólií, aby se neudělal škraloup a necháme 30 minut
chladnout. Pak mísu dáme na 2 hodiny do ledničky. Po dvou hodinách směs
přelijeme do nádoby vhodné do mrazáku (já měla takovou tu těsnící
plastovou krabičku) a necháme mrazit cca 6 hodin nebo přes noc. Zhruba
co hoďku je třeba zmrzku vidličkou promíchat a ze stěn seškrábnout.
Jakmile zmrzka v krabičce při naklánění neteče (nehýbe se) tak ji dáme

několika hodinách je hotovo. Pokud chceme zmrzku servírovat je dobré ji
nechat po vytažení z mrazáku trochu povolit cca 10 až 20 minut<br /> <br />
Míchání během celého procesu mražení a následné šlehání je podle mě
nejdůležitější. Díky tomu bude zmrzka nadýchanější, ačkoliv ne tak jak
jsme zvyklí z obchodu nebo zmrzlináren. Domácí zmrzka bývá vždy trochu

rozmixujete všechny věci na krém úplně dohladka. Pak se korpus dá
vychladnout (nejrychlejc je to, když ho položíte třeba na chladnou zem).
Pak ho potřete krémem, třeba ozdobíte a dáte péct na 175°C, tak na 15
minut, prostě do té doby, než začně zlátnout a krém je evidentně
pevnější. Necháte vychladnout a je to.</span></span></span><br />

hrnce dáme bio kakaové máslo a necháme rozpustit ve vodní lázni. Až
bude máslo rozpuštěné, přidáme kokos a dosladíme datlovým sirupem,
přidáme kakao. Vše promícháme a plníme do formiček. Vložíme divnitř
mandle a dáme do lednice.</span></span><br />

- šupnout ji tak na 25-30 min do trouby, v půlce obrátit, čím tenčí
kolečka, tím bude křupavejší (ale zas náchylnější ke spálení), já ji na
posledních pár minut posypal ještě trochou lahůdkovýho droždí<br /> - vydlabat lilek, oloupat a nakrájet tak 3 rajčata<br />
- orestovat cibuli, přidat tak 4 stroužky česneku a po chvíli přidat i
vydlabanej lilek, rajčata a já měl ještě půlku konzervy fazolí<br /> -
osolit, opepřit, přidat trochu balsamikovýho octa, povařit do zhoustnutí
cca 15 min, ke konci přidat lahůdkový droždí, nakrájenou bazalku a
jarní cibulku<br /> - směsí naplnit lilky, posypat nastrouhaným uzeným tofu a dát na 10 min do trouby<br /> - na cuketu jsem dal ještě balsamikovou redukci a lilek posypal petrželí<br /> <br /> Jeden z receptů, kterej se dá dost obměňovat, tak dobrou chuť!</span></span></span><br />

muškát. oříšku, 1\2 lžičky soli, pdp\soda, lžíce jablečného octa, 3\4
hrnku oleje, 3\4 hrnku mléka, 1\2 velké cukety (2 hrnky), sladidlo podle
sebe, já dala hrst stévie a cca 3 lžíce datlového sirupu a bohatě mi to
